All service is preceded by a free professional diagnosis prior to the repair. I offer two main types of computer repair services, remote, on-site/drop off/pick up. Both of them are excellent methods for cleaning virus infections, optimizing performance or for demonstrating computer tasks. Optional but recommended backups can be made to ensure data preservation. Backups are usually made to external media such as a USB flash drive or external hard drive and can be provided or purchased.
Remote access is preferred for minor issues as it allows for immediate assistance and keeps costs low. I use CrossLoop as my main service provider and more information regarding their service can be found on their website. Remote access rates are based on an hour by hour rate paid upon completion of the service.
Basic and Premium Service are the two levels of service offered for drop-off/on-site support. Basic service is for minor issues such as computer tune-ups and minor virus infections. Premium Service is for major issues such major virus infections or operating system crashes. Both Basic and Premium Service include 14 day’s of follow up care via remote assistance.
